Refund policy

Overview

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Grow by Glow Ltd may issue refunds for our digital marketing services. We strive to deliver high-quality services and maintain transparency in all our business dealings.

Service Cancellation & Refund Terms

For Monthly Services

  • Clients may cancel their service subscription with 30 days' written notice
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used monthly services

For Project-Based Services

  • 50% deposit required to commence work is non-refundable
  • Remaining balance is refundable only if cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before work has begun
  • Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Content that has been created
  • Setup fees and account optimisation

Service Continuity & Force Majeure

  • In cases of temporary service interruption due to illness or emergency, we will make every effort to resume services as quickly as possible
  • For interruptions lasting longer than 5 business days, we will offer the choice of:
    • Service credit for future work
    • Pro-rated refund for the interruption period
    • Assignment to another qualified team
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services with pro-rated refund in cases of:
    • Severe illness or medical emergency
    • Family emergencies
    • Natural disasters or other events beyond our control

Refund Process

  1. Submit a written refund request to lucy@growbyglow.com
  2. Include your details and reason for refund
  3. Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Important Notes

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of service delivery
  • Refunds do not include third-party fees or costs
  • For Co-Lab by Glow, chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in account termination
