Ever since I was a child, I've been drawn to the art of connecting with people and solving puzzles. Whether it was convincing friends to join my adventures or crafting the perfect pitch for a homemade cake stand, I was always strategising. Little did I know, these early experiences were laying the foundation for my future in marketing.
 

My journey into the digital world began with an e-commerce venture that identified a niche in the market for selling lingerie to large cup ladies. While I eventually hung up my feather boas, it ignited a passion that would define my career: working online and helping others succeed.
 

After spending 15+ years honing my skills in agencies and in-house roles across the UK, Germany, Malaysia and Australia, I took the leap to start Grow By Glow. This decision was born from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses in the digital landscape - challenges I had experienced firsthand.
